Event & Conference Transport
Arrange transport for business meetings, exhibitions, roadshows, visiting delegations and group events. Mayline assesses vehicles, passenger groups and journeys around your dates, venues and service windows to prepare a project quote. Spectator transport can also be discussed for a specific event.
Build the transport plan around your event: airport arrivals to hotels, hotel–venue transfers, staggered arrivals, departures after the event and return airport journeys. List the timing and passenger numbers for each stage you need.
Share the event dates, service windows, venues and pickup points, expected passenger numbers, arrival or departure groups, luggage and main contact. Include vehicle numbers or runs if known. Mark anything undecided as “To be confirmed” so we can begin with the schedule available.
Share the itinerary → agree vehicles, passenger groups, quotation and contacts → check the schedule before service → handle changes through the agreed channel.
Please flag changes to timings or numbers early. Revised vehicles, service hours and charges need confirmation.
The organiser or nominated contact should provide passenger and schedule information and confirm pickup and drop-off locations at each venue. Special service hours, on-site liaison, standby vehicles and other coordination requirements must be discussed and confirmed for the project.
Project pricing considers passenger numbers, vehicle types and quantities, runs, locations, service hours, cross-border routes and additional requirements. Request a project quote for multiple vehicles or passenger groups; a standard airport transfer quote is not a price for the whole event.
Start with the schedule you have so we can identify the arrangements that need confirming.
