Vehicles, drivers and what's included

Every car is licensed for hire and covered by commercial insurance
- Every vehicle is licensed for hire and covered by commercial insurance.
- Very few cars may legally carry paying passengers point to point between Hong Kong and Macau: the two governments have issued only 100 quotas in total (60 Hong Kong, 40 Macau) for pre-booked, point-to-point cross-boundary hire cars over the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macao Bridge, one vehicle per quota.
- Private-car bridge quotas on both sides are for private use only: a Hong Kong quota car must be a non-commercial private car and cannot hold a hire car permit; a Macau quota private car may not carry passengers for reward.
- We run two legal ways across between Hong Kong and Macau:
① Direct: one car that holds a Hong Kong–Macau cross-boundary hire-car quota takes you from Hong Kong to Macau.
② Seamless car change: after you leave the first checkpoint and before you reach the second, you change cars once at a designated transfer point — a licensed Guangdong–Hong Kong car hands over to a licensed Guangdong–Macau car, so the whole trip between Hong Kong and Macau is legal.
Both are fully licensed, and both are insured.

Vehicles
Seven-seat luxury MPVs (including the driver's seat), mainly the Toyota Alphard, carrying up to 6 passengers; luggage guide: 4 × 28-inch + 2 × 20-inch suitcases. If you choose the “Direct” option we send a Toyota Alphard; “Seamless Car Change” journeys and some other trips may use another seven-seat business MPV. All vehicles hold the licences and insurance required for the routes they operate.
Drivers
Drivers hold valid licences and the permits required for cross-border journeys (Hong Kong ⇄ Macau and Hong Kong ⇄ mainland China).
Waiting time
Airport pick-ups include 60 minutes of free waiting, counted from the actual landing; other transfers include 30 minutes. Beyond that, waiting is charged at HK$400 per hour, and any part of an hour counts as a full hour. Waiting is collected by the driver in person.
Night hours
Night hours run from 23:00 to 07:00, with a night surcharge of HK$400 on Hong Kong Airport ⇄ Macau and HK$100–400 on other routes. If your booked pick-up time is already in this window, the surcharge is included in the online price; if only the actual pick-up falls into it (for example after a delayed flight), the driver collects it in person. Child seats
Child seats are free of charge. Write the number and ages of the children in the booking notes so the right seats are fitted before pickup.
