Your flight is tracked and pickup follows the actual landing time. Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting from actual landing, rather than the scheduled arrival.
If your flight is delayed, contact us to coordinate the pickup time; a delay itself is not treated as a cancellation. Extra waiting is charged by the hour and collected by the driver; see Pricing for the rate. If a delay pushes the actual pickup into the night period, the applicable night surcharge may be collected on the day, with the amount explained beforehand.
Hong Kong airport pickup quotes include a name-board meet-and-greet. If you do not need it, untick the option when booking and the fare is reduced accordingly. Follow the meeting arrangements confirmed for your order.
Once the driver is confirmed, their contact details and vehicle registration appear in My order, and they join the same chat. If you cannot find the driver or need a change, use order chat or the existing contact channels.
Toyota Alphard is the main vehicle type. The 7 seats include the driver, leaving room for up to 6 passengers. The same-car option uses a Toyota Alphard; seamless transfers and some journeys may use other seven-seat MPVs.
The luggage guide is 4 × 28-inch and 2 × 20-inch suitcases. Share actual quantities and sizes; large or unusual items need checking against the vehicle and passenger arrangement. The guide does not guarantee every combination will fit.
