How it works, in three steps

Waiting time and flight delays

Every transfer includes 30 minutes of free waiting, and for airport pickups the clock starts when your flight actually lands. Waiting beyond that is charged by the hour and collected by the driver — the rate is on our pricing page. If your flight is delayed, contact us and we arrange a new time; a flight delay is not treated as a cancellation.

What your price covers

A point-to-point fare already includes tolls and tunnel charges. It is locked when you book and does not go up for traffic, fuel or exchange rates. Fares depend on your route, the number of passengers and the time of travel, so we don't print them here: enter your trip on the booking page and the exact fare appears before you pay.

Where can you go from the airport?

• Anywhere in Hong Kong — hotels, offices, conference venues, ferry terminals and border checkpoints. See Hong Kong Airport to the city, including late-night arrivals.

Your car and driver

A seven-seat luxury MPV for up to 6 passengers, with room for 3 large suitcases or 6 small bags. Our own professional drivers hold the licences and permits needed for cross-border journeys, and the work is never subcontracted — the company that takes your booking is the company that drives you. Once we confirm, your driver's name and plate appear on your order page and in the chat.
