Private cars with drivers for your guests
MAYLINE TRAVEL SERVICES LIMITED (美佳旅遊有限公司) has operated since 1990 and holds Hong Kong Travel Agent Licence No. 351203. We run private cars with drivers in Hong Kong, between Hong Kong and Macau, and between Hong Kong and mainland China, and we work with other businesses that book cars for their guests and staff.

Fleet
80 vehicles of our own: seven-seat luxury MPVs (including the driver's seat), mainly the Toyota Alphard, for up to 6 passengers with 3 large suitcases or 6 small bags. See Fleet & standards.
Drivers
Most trips are driven by our own professional drivers; when we need extra cars, we use partner vehicles that hold the same operating permits. Drivers hold the permits required for cross-border journeys.
Airport pick-ups
Flights are tracked and the pickup is timed to the actual landing. Airport pick-ups include 60 minutes of free waiting, counted from the actual landing.
Passenger tracking link
Every booking has a tracking link with no login, which you can forward to your passenger. The page header reads only “PRIVATE CAR SERVICE / 專車服務” and no prices are shown; add ?lang=en for English. The driver's name, phone number and plate appear from 1 hour before pickup (or as soon as the driver sets off), and the link stops working one day after the trip ends.

Accounts
For companies and travel trade partners, settlement terms — including monthly settlement — are set in a written agreement.
Web portal
Accounts set up by written agreement can get a web portal login to place and look up bookings and send change requests. Monthly statements are split by currency and can be downloaded as CSV. The portal language can be set to suit your team.
