It is the same car door to door. Whether you stay in it for Macau entry depends on your passport: nationals of Macau visa-free countries may stay in the car with a valid passport; anyone who needs a Macau visa or an Entry Permit clears at the arrival hall or the Clearance Hall for On-board Passengers, then rejoins the car. What if my pickup is inside 3 days?
We usually confirm within about 5 minutes after payment, holidays included. If we cannot supply a car, the fare is refunded in full to the original payment method. If your pickup is at least 3 days away, a car is guaranteed.

Is the car a Toyota Alphard on both sides of the border?
Yes. One Toyota Alphard does the whole trip. You do not switch to a second car at HZMB Hong Kong Port or at the Macau checkpoint.
